In an effort to begin providing quality healthcare services to Riviera Beach community members and the surrounding areas, FoundCare added adult primary care services to our Greenwood Health Center (previously referred to as PEDS North). This location will serve as a temporary medical home for Riviera Beach until construction for the new FoundCare health center is completed in 2024. The FoundCare Riviera Beach Health Center will be located along the Broadway Avenue corridor next to Mcdonald's, where statistics show a desperate need for a one-stop-shop medical facility.
Pediatric services are available at the Greenwood health center from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Adult primary care services are available from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
