FoundCare Riviera Beach Health Center- Coming 2024

Building renderings of FoundCare's future health center. The new community health center will be located at 3501 Broadway Riviera Beach, FL 33404. It is projected to be completed by 2024.

Now Offering Adult Primary Care Services: 5205 Greenwood Avenue West Palm Beach, FL 33407

Adult primary care services are now available at FoundCare's Greenwood Health Center Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

In an effort to begin providing quality healthcare services to Riviera Beach community members and the surrounding areas, FoundCare added adult primary care services to our Greenwood Health Center (previously referred to as PEDS North). This location will serve as a temporary medical home for Riviera Beach until construction for the new FoundCare health center is completed in 2024. The FoundCare Riviera Beach Health Center will be located along the Broadway Avenue corridor next to Mcdonald's, where statistics show there is a desperate need for a one-stop-shop medical facility.

Pediatric services are also available at the Greenwood health center Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
