FoundCare's mobile health unit will provide health services at the following Riviera Beach locations until our new health center, located at 3501 Broadway, is open. Adult primary care services will be available Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

In an effort to begin providing quality healthcare services to Riviera Beach community members and the surrounding areas, FoundCare added adult primary care services to our Greenwood Health Center (previously referred to as PEDS North). This location will serve as a temporary medical home for Riviera Beach until construction for the new FoundCare health center is completed in 2025. The FoundCare Riviera Beach Health Center will be located along the Broadway Avenue corridor next to Mcdonald's, where statistics show a desperate need for a one-stop-shop medical facility.

Pediatric and Adult primary care services are available at the Greenwood Health Center from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
