Chief Executive Officer

Yolette Bonnet has an MBA from Dowling College in NY, is a skilled healthcare administrator and a dedicated advocate for healthcare services for all. Ms. Bonnet joined FoundCare in 2001 as one the organization’s founding members (FoundCare received its articles of incorporation in 2002). Ms. Bonnet’s leadership paved the way for FoundCare to become Florida’s first Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike in 2010 and then, in 2013, a funded Federally Qualified Health Center. Ms. Bonnet sits on the Service Board of the Palm Beach County Medical Society, is a member of the Executive Women of Palm Beach County, and sits on several healthcare alliance think tanks and committees across Palm Beach County. She has been recognized many times for her dedication to those she serves, as well as for her success in making a positive difference in their lives. In 2006 she received the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Community Health Leaders Award, under her leadership FoundCare was honored by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches with an ATHENA Award in October of 2015, and she was feted by the Association of Haitian Physicians Abroad in December of 2015. Dedicated to fostering change abroad, as well as in the United States, Ms. Bonnet dedicates one week each year to performing missionary work in Haiti or Africa.


 

Rik PavlescakRik Pavlescak, Ph.D.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Pavlescak joined FoundCare in 1989 as a volunteer. From 1990 to 2003 he served as a consultant to the agency, writing grants, facilitating strategic planning and working on other special projects. In 2003, he became the Grants and Education Manager, and then in 2007 was promoted to Chief Program Officer. In April 2012, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Dr. Pavlescak has provided technical assistance, training, consultation and program evaluation to numerous government and non-profit programs for more than 20 years. He has served on numerous planning groups and committees, including the Oral Health Coalition, and as Chair of the Prevention Section of the Florida HIV/AIDS Community Planning Group, Chair and Co-Chair of the local HIV/AIDS Community Planning Partnership, and the Florida HIV Prevention Evaluation Consortium. He is also active on several Palm Beach County HIV/AIDS CARE Council committees. Prior to joining FoundCare, Dr. Pavlescak worked in the substance abuse prevention field and was an Ohio Licensed Social Worker and Certified Prevention Consultant


 

Robert AgueroRobert Aguero

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Aguero has a BBA from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He began his career in accounting and finance industry in the retail industry prior to moving over to health care. He spent three years with Physicians Corporation of America before the center was sold to FPA Medical Management. He then joined Health Choice Network as finance director, and later became the finance director for Jessie Trice Community Health Center. His business experience with health centers encompasses 23 years with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including 18 years with FQHCs. Mr. Aguero joined FoundCare as chief financial officer in 2014 in order to continue supporting the provision of quality health care services to local communities.


 

Oneka MarriottOneka Marriott, DO, MPH, FAAP, FACOP

Chief Medical Officer FoundCare Health Center

Dr. Marriott received her bachelor of science from Oakwood University, her Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health and her Doctorate (DO) from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Osteopathic Pediatric Residency at the Palm Beach Consortium for Graduate Medical Education, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. Dr. Marriott then went on to a Health Policy Fellowship at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and New York Institute of Technology/New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, a year-long program for professional physicians preparing for leadership within the medical and health policy arenas. In addition to her duties as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Marriott is an Assistant Professor of Public Health and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine.
