Effective Monday, March 30, FoundCare will be implementing Telehealth services for all patient visits. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, we will provide one for you outside of our Palm Springs health center. 

If there are services that cannot be provided through Telehealth, we will, unfortunately, have to reschedule those appointments to a later date. These services include but are not limited to well women exams, dental services, pharmacy services, laboratory services, x-rays, and some infectious disease and social services.

Well-Child visits will still be offered to our patients at our Palm Springs Health Center. We are asking parents to please only bring the child/children in which the appointment is scheduled for in order to abide by the social distancing standards and for the health and safety of our staff and patients.

FoundCare transportation services will be suspended until further notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. 

Our Telehealth services and on-site Well-Child visits will be offered Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. These hours are subject to change without notice. 

Please note, on Friday, April 3, our center will be closed.
