WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – FoundCare, a prominent nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to enhancing community well-being, proudly hosted its annual Back-to-School Health Fair, significantly impacting the lives of Palm Beach County students. This year’s theme of Space Explorers: Journey to Wellness, brought 269 "space cadets" to our Palm Springs center on Saturday, July 27, where 864 vaccinations were administered.

In addition to vaccinations, the event offered a range of free essential health services, including school physicals, vision screenings and hearing screenings. Students also received school supplies, new shoes and backpacks, preparing them for a successful school year.

The fair's success was due to the collective efforts of FoundCare’s dedicated team, and local partners who share our vision for a healthier future. Sponsors included Mittleman Eye, In Jacob’s Shoes, Living Soul Behavior Therapy and Mission Mobile Medical.

FoundCare is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and wishes all students a successful and prosperous school year. FoundCare extends its heartfelt thanks to all contributors for making the event a success, underscoring the power of community collaboration in building a stronger, healthier future.
