On October 3, FoundCare was honored at the 2023 Hats Off Award Ceremony hosted by Nonprofits First. Our Community Collaborators Award owes its success to the unwavering commitment of our exceptional partners, including the RBHI Resident Advisory Committee, Community Partners of South Florida, Health Council of Southeast Florida, American Heart Association (Palm Beach County), and the  City of Riviera Beach. FoundCare is privileged to be part of this devoted and passionate collective. Together, we have exerted tireless efforts to effect positive change, investing in individuals, localities, and systems to ensure the well-being of our Riviera Beach residents.

We look forward to continuing our collaborative endeavors to offer comprehensive community programs in the times ahead.

The Hats Off Nonprofit Awards has grown into one of the most anticipated nights of camaraderie and recognition in Palm Beach County. The event aims to congratulate the most accomplished organizations and leaders of the year, honoring nonprofit causes, leaders, and volunteers for their profound impact and performance.

The Community Collaborators Award is presented to those with a demonstrated partnership of 2 or more organizations to achieve a common goal to address a problem that could not have been solved as effectively by a single organization. Nonprofit organizations, individuals, and other entities whose combined efforts have had a significant impact on our community are eligible to win.
