In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 also referred to as (COVID-19), FoundCare is asking that all patients who have traveled in the last four weeks, or have been exposed to someone who has traveled in the past four weeks displaying symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath, please call prior to coming into our health center. COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. FoundCare’s Health Care professionals and staff are taking this outbreak very seriously and are asking that you do your part as well to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease. Preventative measures include avoiding close contact with people who are sick, avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands, and washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available). If you are sick, we strongly recommend that you restrict activities outside of your home, unless you are seeking medical care.
