Since joining FoundCare in 2019, Dr. Philius has demonstrated unwavering dedication across various roles, showcasing her commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes within the community. Throughout her tenure, she has been a beacon of exemplary leadership, earning widespread respect and admiration from colleagues and patients alike. In her capacity as Director of Women's Health, she was instrumental in the establishment of the department and the implementation of initiatives tailored to address the unique healthcare needs of women. Dr. Philius brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role at FoundCare, where she will continue to uphold the organization's mission of providing accessible, comprehensive, and compassionate healthcare services to all community members.

Dr. Rose Philius joined FoundCare in 2019, bringing with her over a decade of rich and diverse experience in the healthcare field. With a solid foundation rooted in specialized work focusing on women’s health, Dr. Philius has continually demonstrated her expertise and commitment to advancing healthcare outcomes.

During her tenure at FoundCare, Dr. Philius served with distinction as the Director of Women's Health, a role in which she played a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of the organization's healthcare initiatives. Her leadership was instrumental in the establishment and development of the women’s health department, where she implemented tailored strategies to effectively address the unique healthcare needs of women in our community.

Dr. Philius's academic journey underscores her dedication to excellence in nursing practice. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from the esteemed University of South Florida, followed by a master of science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Driven by her passion for continuous learning and advancement, she pursued and successfully obtained her doctorate in nursing practice from Delta State University.

As a board-certified healthcare professional, Dr. Philius is deeply committed to providing exemplary healthcare services to the community she serves. Her fluency in Creole, English, and French further enhances her ability to connect with and serve diverse populations, ensuring that all individuals receive the highest standard of care.
