FoundCare has been serving individuals in Palm Beach County with HIV and AIDS since 1985. FoundCare offers medical care from infectious disease specialists, medical case management, laboratory and diagnostic testing services, and a variety of supportive services including assistance with food, peer mentoring, drop-in centers and more.
