Dr. Monice joined FoundCare in 2019, bringing with him over 40 years of experience as a Board Certified Pediatrician from the American Board of Pediatrics. He graduated from Program Port-au-Prince, Haiti Doctor of Medicine, and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. Monice has hospital affiliations with St. Mary’s Medical Center, Wellington Regional Medical Center, and JFK Medical Center. He is fluent in English, French Creole, and Spanish.

Dr. Jones joined FoundCare in late 2018, bringing with her 40 years of experience as a Board Certified Pediatrician from the American Board of Pediatrics. She earned lifetime certification from The American Board of Pediatrics in 1985, and graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee, before going on to complete her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Dr. Jones has hospital affiliations with St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Dr. Cadet joined FoundCare in 2021. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville and completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Cadet is Board Certified from the American Board of Pediatrics. Her interests include early childhood development, nutrition, and quality health care. She is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.

Dr. Ferreira joined FoundCare in late 2018, bringing with her 25 years of experience as a Board Certified Pediatrician from The American Board of Pediatrics. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Ferreira is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Dr. Lambrecht joined FoundCare in late 2018, bringing with him 35 years of experience as a Board Certified Pediatrician. He holds certifications from The American Board of Pediatric Medicine (1989) and The American Board of Preventative Medicine (1991). He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, and completed his residency at Columbus Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Lambrecht has hospital affiliations with St. Mary’s Medical Center.

Christina Salmon is a compassionate family nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric primary and urgent care. With a master's degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a bachelor's degree from Jacksonville University, Christina's journey in healthcare is marked by a deep commitment to excellence and compassion. Before stepping into her role as a nurse practitioner, Christina honed her skills in various specialties, including school nursing, infectious disease, and correctional health. Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Christina brings over a decade of experience as a registered nurse to FoundCare, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care. Beyond her professional endeavors, Christina finds joy in spending time with her children and unwinding on the beach. 

Dr. Rose Philius joined FoundCare in 2019, bringing with her 5 years of experience working in Women’s health. Dr. Philius served as the Director of Women's Health before being promoted to Chief Medical Officer in 2024. She received her BSN from the University of South Florida, her MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Delta State University. Dr. Philius is board-certified and passionate about providing quality healthcare to the community. She is fluent in Creole, English, and French.

Janet joined FoundCare in 2020, bringing with her 2 years of experience as a Mammography Coordinator and 18 years of experience assisting mammography patients.  She is passionate about helping women achieve their full health potential by educating them about the preventative measures they can take to avert breast cancer, including routine mammography screenings. Janet is fluent in English and Spanish.

Sandy Alce is a mammography technologist who joined FoundCare in 2024. She has over 13 years of experience in mammography, x-ray, and bone densitometry. Ms. Alce earned her associate of science in radiologic technology from Keiser University and is a licensed general radiographer in Florida. She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of patients, including those who have undergone traumatic injuries, are recuperating from various medical treatments or procedures, and are managing chronic illnesses. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate care and support to individuals facing these challenges, helping them navigate their recovery journeys with empathy and expertise.

Jennifer is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in women's health care. She earned a master's degree in nursing with a concentration in family practice and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jennifer joined FoundCare in 2022, bringing nearly 15 years of experience as a registered nurse with additional years as an APRN. Her education and experience have equipped her with a thorough understanding of disease prevention, acute and chronic care management, prenatal and postpartum care, contraception counseling, and health education. Committed to professional development, Jennifer is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County and the South Florida Council of Advanced Practice Nurses.

Dr. Wilkens Mondesir specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. He graduated from the Université d'État d'Haïti Faculté de Médecine et de Pharmacie in 1999. Dr. Mondesir is renowned for his expertise in women's health, particularly in managing hypertensive states during pregnancy, uterine fibroids, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Fluent in English, French, Creole, and Spanish, he is consistently praised by his patients for his exceptional bedside manner and kindness.

Dr. Diaz has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. She worked at FoundCare from 2008 to 2012 and returned to FoundCare in 2015 as the Medical Director for the North Palm Beach Office. In 2024, Dr. Diaz was promoted to Director of Infectious Disease for the organization. Her areas of focus include infectious diseases (including HIV), wound care, and IV infusion therapy. She received her MD from Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic and is Board Certified in Infectious Disease. Dr. Diaz has hospital affiliations with Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Jupiter Medical Center. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Pascal P. Gedeon has been a practicing PA in public health, primary care, and infectious disease since 1993. He earned his bachelor’s from St. John’s University in New York before completing the physician assistant program at The School of Health Sciences of Touro College. Pascal is a certified HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. He received additional training at the Palm Beach County Health Department, where he provided medical services for 17 years under the late Dr. Peter Gomatos. In 2017, Pascal was honored with a Heroes in Medicine Award, presented by the Palm Beach County Medical Society, for utilizing his health care skills and resources to provide outstanding services to the local community. Pascal’s goal at FoundCare is to provide the best possible care to the diverse and multicultural population it serves. He is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole.

Sophia joined FoundCare in early 2017, focusing on infectious diseases (including HIV) and wound care. She received her MS in Administration and Management from Aspen University and her MS in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Adriana joined FoundCare in 2021. She served as a registered nurse for over a decade in South Florida before returning to school to become a nurse practitioner. Adriana earned her BSN at Broward College and MSN-FNP at South University in Florida. She is passionate about providing quality healthcare with a focus on infectious diseases. Adriana is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Theliard joined FoundCare in 2022, bringing with him 21 years of experience in internal medicine and infectious disease. Over a decade ago, Dr. Theliard worked as a case manager at FoundCare before leaving to pursue his medical degree. Dr. Theliard completed his residency training at GHESKIO Centers in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He also received infectious disease training and conducted research at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, and Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Dr. Theliard graduated from the State University of Haiti School of Medicine. In addition to practicing medicine in the U.S., Dr. Theliard has experience practicing medicine in Haiti and Puerto Rico. He is fluent in Creole, French, English, and Spanish. FoundCare welcomes Dr. Theliard back to our team.

Dr. Vemuri, an esteemed infectious disease physician certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, brings over two decades of specialized experience to FoundCare. With a strong focus on treating bronchitis, viruses, and various infectious diseases, she is dedicated to providing top-notch care to her patients. Dr. Vemuri's journey began at Gandhi Med College in India, followed by rigorous training in prestigious programs such as the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York and a fellowship in Providence, Rhode Island. Having served the community in Jupiter for many years, Dr. Vemuri is excited to continue expanding her practice in Palm Beach County. Here, she is committed to delivering outpatient infectious disease care tailored to the unique needs of her patients, with a particular emphasis on HIV, viral hepatitis, and diabetic foot infections. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Vemuri is known for her warmth and empathy, making her patients feel valued and supported throughout their treatment journey. Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi, she ensures seamless communication with patients from diverse backgrounds, fostering trust and understanding throughout their care journey.

Dr. Mike Jean-Baptise (Dr. Mike) joined FoundCare in 2021 as the Dental Director. After dedicating his early years to the New York City Fire Department as an emergency medical technician, Dr. Mike pursued his passion for dentistry. He earned his doctorate of dental surgery (DDS) at the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., and his undergraduate education from The City College of New York in New York City. Dr. Mike specializes in child and adult dentistry and promotes healthy dental habits to patients of all ages. He is passionate about providing dental services to those in need.

Johanna Abreu joined FoundCare in 2018. After completing the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination in 2016, Johanna relocated to Florida from the Dominican Republic to work as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2017.  Johanna was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Kristine is a dedicated dental hygienist with over a decade of experience. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University, she pursued a dental hygiene degree from the University of New Haven. Kristine began her career at the University of Connecticut (UConn) Health Center and later transitioned to private practice in Florida. Kristine’s passion for public health and desire to give back to the community led her to join FoundCare in 2022. She believes in the universal language of compassion and empathy, which helps her connect with patients, many of whom speak Creole and Spanish. It brings Kristine great joy knowing her work at FoundCare makes a significant impact on the oral health journey of patients from underserved communities. During her free time, Kristine enjoys quality moments with her family and her dog, engaging in hobbies like gardening, fishing, cooking, and hiking, reflecting her commitment to both her patients and her personal life.

Dr. Thys joined FoundCare in January of 2016, bringing with him almost 30 years of experience. He completed three separate residencies in Pediatric Medicine, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Thys received his MD from Universidad Centro de Estudios Tecnologicos in the Dominican Republic. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Creole.

Valdinio Cambry is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience working as a nurse in the mental health field. He earned his associate’s in nursing from Broward College and a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of South Florida before completing his master’s in psychiatry from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Valdinio is passionate about helping people with mental health disorders. His goal as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to help eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental illness while encouraging those who struggle with mental illness to seek treatment. Valdinio is fluent in English, Creole, and French.

Marleine is a dedicated behavioral health practitioner with a remarkable 22 years of experience empowering children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Armed with a master's degree in professional mental health counseling from South University and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Barry University, Marleine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Before finding her home at FoundCare, Marleine worked as a compassionate mental health therapist and a skilled developmental specialist assessor. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her numerous certifications, including those in infant mental health and social-emotional wellness. Notably, she holds a certificate in domestic violence awareness, a testament to her deep understanding of community resources and dedication to supporting survivors. Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, Marleine ensures that every individual she works with feels understood and supported. With her warm demeanor and unwavering dedication, Marleine is committed to providing compassionate care and fostering healing for everyone she serves.

Kristi Graziano is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and a Registered Board Certified Dance Movement Therapist. She has over 23 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with severe mental and behavioral health issues and 29 years of experience teaching modern dance. Ms. Graziano has provided behavioral intervention and support for survivors of traumatic brain injury and has worked in inpatient, residential, and community-based settings and emergency psychiatric centers. Ms. Graziano earned her bachelor’s in dance from the University of South Florida before pursuing a master’s in creative arts therapy and dance movement therapy from Pratt Institute and a second master’s in social work from Adelphi University in New York. Ms. Graziano has been a featured presenter at The American Psychiatric Association Conference in Boston (2002), Research Day North General Hospital (2006), New York State Brain Injury Awareness Annual Conference (2014), and the New York Association Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (2017, 2018, 2019). She has been a featured presenter on Facebook live during Mental Health Awareness Month, presenting the value of dance movement therapy and mental health. Ms. Graziano hopes to provide innovative, evidence-based interventions while increasing the mental health and wellness of the clients she serves. She is fluent in English and non-verbal communication.

Nayelie Jean Louis is a Behavioral Health Practitioner bringing a wealth of knowledge and background in behavioral health and social work. Nayelie joined FoundCare in 2021 as a Social Services Coordinator. Since then, she has gained experience in mental health support, conducted bio-psychosocial assessments, facilitated group therapy sessions, and served as a primary therapist through various organizations. Nayelie earned her bachelor's and master's in social work at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She is fluent in English and Creole.

Sophia Lopez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background and passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy). She earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Florida Atlantic University before earning her master’s in mental health counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. After completing an internship at FoundCare, Sophia completed two years of post-graduate clinical work before earning her license in Mental Health Counseling. Her passion to work with children encouraged her decision to pursue a background in ABA therapy and currently drives her motivation to work with adolescents and families at FoundCare while furthering her education to become a Psychologist. Sophia has been a featured presenter at FoundCare on topics relating to stress management, cultural aspects and stigma in mental health, and mental health awareness. A Florida native and first-generation American with parents from Uruguay, Sophia is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mario joined FoundCare in 2020, bringing with him 11 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. He received a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Mario specializes in innovative techniques to treat trauma and other disorders using Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Rapid Resolution Therapy, seeking quick and long-lasting relief for emotional disturbances. While working for leading agencies throughout South Florida, Mario provided services in residential and outpatient levels of care for substance use and psychiatric disorders. Originally from Brazil, where he worked as a Psychologist, Mario offers therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Dr. Brent Schillinger has been practicing dermatology in South Florida since 1983. Dr. Schillinger earned his doctorate from the Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and completed his dermatology residency at the Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. When it comes to ethics in dermatology, Dr. Schillinger believes in the “keep it simple” principle. While there are many new high-tech ways available to treat skin ailments, Dr. Schillinger believes that the simpler time-tested methods are the best option. With this in mind, he offers his patients choices so they can select an approach that works best with their needs.

Dr. Mitrani serves as FoundCare’s Operational Pharmacist, bringing over a decade of expertise to the team since joining in 2023. He holds a bachelor's degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and a doctorate in pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. With his wealth of experience and dedication to patient care, Dr. Mitrani ensures that FoundCare delivers the highest standard of pharmaceutical services to patients. 

Dr. Irma Napoleon joined FoundCare in 2021, bringing with her 3 years of experience as a pharmacist. She has 14 years of experience as an intern and technician in various specialty pharmacy settings (including the Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy), where she promoted evidence-based drug therapy management for HIV and organ transplant patients. Dr. Napoleon received her doctorate in pharmacy from the Marshall School of Pharmacy in Huntington, West Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida and her master’s in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Tampa. Dr. Napoleon is passionate about diabetes, hypertension management, and infertility treatment. She is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.

Bharat joined FoundCare in 2019, bringing with him over 20 years of experience as a pharmacist. He received his bachelor’s in pharmaceutical sciences from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in New York. Bharat is a certified HIV Pharmacist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. His dedication to educate and counsel patients to prepare and motivate them to follow their pharmacotherapeutic regimens has contributed to many positive patient outcomes. Bharat is passionate about providing the best customer service experience and helping the uninsured and underserved get the medications they need regardless of their ability to pay. 

Luis Rodriguez joined FoundCare in 2023, bringing a wealth of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Hailing from Florida, Luis earned his PharmD degree from the prestigious University of Florida in 2007. In addition to his professional achievements, Luis is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with diverse patients. Passionate about patient care and satisfaction, Luis is driven by his desire to improve community health outcomes through medication management, health promotion, and education.
