Christopher F. Irizarry, MPA
Christopher Irizarry joined FoundCare in 2019 as the Chief Strategy Officer. With over 15 years of executive-level experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers, Mr. Irizarry quickly demonstrated his value to the organization and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2021. After a national search, FoundCare’s Board of Directors unanimously selected Mr. Irizarry to lead the organization as the next Chief Executive Officer in February of 2022. Mr. Irizarry earned his administration of justice degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey and his master’s in public administration from the City University of New York (CUNY). Marcia Young
Marcia Young joined FoundCare in January 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. She has over 30 years of experience working in ambulatory healthcare settings in private organizations, nonprofits, and Federally Qualified Health Centers. Her knowledge in physician relations, revenue cycle management, managed care contracting and credentialing, and provider enrollment makes her a qualified healthcare leader. Marcia received her master’s in Health Service Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Rose Philius, DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Rose Philius joined FoundCare in 2019, bringing with her 5 years of experience working in Women’s health. Dr. Philius served as the Director of Women's Health before being promoted to Chief Medical Officer in 2024. She received her BSN from the University of South Florida, her MSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Delta State University. Dr. Philius is board-certified and passionate about providing quality healthcare to the community. She is fluent in Creole, English, and French.

Melissa Pierre, MHA
Melissa Pierre joined FoundCare in 2020 as the Director of Compliance, bringing with her over 8 years of legal and compliance experience. Before joining FoundCare, Ms. Pierre worked as a Legal Department Director at a national healthcare staffing organization. In that role, she handled various regulatory requirements and ensured that employees were in adherence with internal procedures and policies. Ms. Pierre earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, has her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Health Care, and is an active participant in the Kaizen Improvement Process.

Luis Lopez
Luis Lopez joined FoundCare in 2006 as an Information Systems Specialist. With a vast knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, he quickly earned an executive position at FoundCare, serving as IT Manager and Director of IT, before being promoted to Chief Information Officer. Mr. Lopez holds a BSBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. Apart from his education and experience, Mr. Lopez presents strong strategic and business acumen. His expertise throughout his tenure has supported FoundCare's growth objectives.

Hyla Fritsch, PharmD, CPh
Dr. Hyla Fritsch joined FoundCare in 2022, bringing with her over 35 years of pharmacy experience. She received her pharmacy doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Fritsch has experience working in a variety of pharmacy settings, including retail, government, public health, and ambulatory surgery center. She also has extensive knowledge in the application of pharmaceutical care in disaster management and planning. Dr. Fritsch's commitment to care for underserved community members led her to FoundCare where she strives to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations. She is passionate about creating the best environment possible for patients and staff to receive quality pharmacy care and services.

Andy Antenor, MBA, CHFP
Andy Antenor joined FoundCare in 2022, bringing with her 16 years of experience in budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. She earned her MBA in Finance and Management from Barry University in Miami and is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional. Andy has advanced knowledge in healthcare accounting and financial reporting with experience working within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and hospitals. Committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance, Andy has experience managing projects at all levels, including budgeting and administration. She is passionate, innovative, and highly motivated, with an aptitude to manage costs while establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships with users, vendors, and service providers. Andy looks forward to supporting FoundCare’s mission and vision by contributing to the long-term value of the organization.

Dr. Myriam Glémaud
Dr. Myriam Glémaud is a distinguished mental health leader with nearly 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. As a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she rejoined FoundCare in 2024 to further enhance her impactful work in this critical area. Dr. Glémaud holds a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University, along with a post-doctoral fellowship in Health Psychology from the University of Miami. She also earned a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
In her role as Associate Chief Behavioral Health Officer at FoundCare, Dr. Glémaud is instrumental in expanding behavioral health services and leading significant grant initiatives. Previously, at the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs HealthCare System, she improved access to mental health services and implemented effective suicide prevention measures, resulting in a notable decrease in veteran suicides and enhanced overall service productivity.
Dr. Glémaud's commitment extends beyond clinical practice; she actively engages in teaching and community service. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Florida Atlantic University and has participated in outreach programs focused on mental health education within Haitian and underserved communities. Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including nominations for Psychologist of the Year and recognition as a Mental Health Mentor.
Dr. Glémaud has authored publications on culturally appropriate interventions, contributing to international discussions in the field. Her research includes studies on mental health services for Haitian communities and trauma among diverse populations, making a profound impact in mental health care.
