Community events in West Palm Beach and Palm Springs will offer Medicare guidance, health resources, giveaways, and more
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – FoundCare is helping area residents approaching Medicare eligibility take charge of their health with a series of free Senior Wellness Expos throughout September in recognition of Healthy Aging Month. The events are designed for adults turning 65.
Held at FoundCare's Yolette Bonnet Center and Palm Springs locations, the expos will connect attendees with Medicare guidance and community organizations in a welcoming, informative environment. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, learn about available services, and discover resources that support healthy aging and overall well-being.
Navigating Medicare and understanding available healthcare resources can feel overwhelming, especially for individuals approaching age 65. The Senior Wellness Expos are designed to make that process easier by bringing together experts, community partners, and valuable information in one place. We want every attendee to leave feeling informed, empowered, and connected.
Attendees can look forward to:
- Medicare answers and guidance from knowledgeable professionals.
- Community resources and local partners that support healthy living.
- Games and giveaways throughout the events.
- Complimentary refreshments.
