As Palm Beach County students headed back to school today, we’re looking back at the incredible moments from our "Treasure Your Health" Back-to-School Health Fair at FoundCare’s Palm Springs Health Center.
Hundreds of families joined us for a pirate-themed day of care, connection, and preparation for the year ahead. We served 375 patients and administered nearly 100 vaccinations, helping students start the school year healthy and ready to learn! Students left with backpacks full of supplies, and thanks to our generous community partners, many also received shoes from In Jacob’s Shoes and books from the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County — along with treasure-filled smiles.
