FoundCare is proud to welcome the community to its newest state of the art location with a Community Health Fair at the FoundCare Riviera Beach Health Center, located at 3501 Broadway Avenue, on Saturday, May 31st from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This exciting event celebrates the expansion of FoundCare’s commitment to providing quality, accessible healthcare to residents throughout Palm Beach County which now includes the vibrant community of Riviera Beach. The Health Fair is free and open to all ages, offering a wide range of health resources, fun giveaways, and wellness education for the entire family.
Attendees will have the opportunity to receive free health screenings, learn about the many services FoundCare provides including primary and pediatric care, women’s health, behavioral health, dental services, and an on-site pharmacy. FoundCare proudly serves patients with or without insurance, making healthcare access truly inclusive.
In addition to health services, the event will feature community partner organizations, educational materials, and a welcoming environment to connect with healthcare professionals and neighbors alike.
