Vendor Types We're Looking For:

1. Artisans & Crafters: Share your unique creations, from handmade jewelry to traditional artwork. Creations inspired by Haitian culture are needed but all are welcome to inquire.
2. Food & Beverage Vendors: Tempt our guests' taste buds with authentic cuisine and refreshing beverages. Haitian food vendors are needed but we welcome everyone to inquire.
3. Health & Wellness Providers: Offer your expertise in holistic wellness through services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, or holistic health consultations.
4. Community Organizations: Showcase your organization's efforts in promoting health, wellness, and unity within our community.
5. Retailers: Bring your diverse array of products, including clothing, accessories, and souvenirs, to our eager attendees.

Free parking is available throughout Congress Park on Saturday, May 18th. Reserved parking is displayed in red.

The event is FREE to attend. No ticket or registration required. 

This event is FAMILY-FRIENDLY. We do ask that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. No children can be left alone at the event during any time. 

The following health screenings will be provided at the event for free:  

• HIV/HEP C Testing
• Mental Health Screening 
• Blood Pressure Check
• Diabetes Screening

At the event, there will be different food truck vendors selling their food and non-alcoholic drinks. You can buy items from them, but you'll need to pay for whatever you choose. Samples may be available while supplies last but are not guarenteed.  

Event Attendance: By attending the Unity Through Wellness Event, hosted by FoundCare, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Photography and Videography: Please be aware that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during the event. By attending, you grant FoundCare the right to use your likeness in any promotional materials, including but not limited to online and offline publications, without compensation or further notice.
2. Liability Waiver: FoundCare and its affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages, theft, or illnesses incurred by attendees during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
3. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner towards fellow attendees, staff, and event property. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in removal from the event premises.
4. Event Modifications: FoundCare reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, FoundCare will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees and provide refunds where applicable.
5. Age Restrictions: Some portions of the event may be restricted to attendees of a certain age. Please refer to the event description for any age restrictions or guidelines.
6. Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being during the event. Please adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by FoundCare and follow local regulations regarding COVID-19 or other health-related concerns.
7. Lost and Found: FoundCare will make reasonable efforts to assist attendees in locating lost items during the event. Any items found should be turned in to event staff.
