FOUNDCARE'S BACK-TO-SCHOOL HEALTH FAIR- SATURDAY, JULY 27
The Back-to-School Health Fair, organized by FoundCare in collaboration with community partners, will offer free health services including school physicals, vaccinations, hearing and vision screenings, and backpacks with school supplies. Due to high demand, the event will be by registration only with limited walk-ins. Parents and guardians are encouraged to register their children early so they may take advantage of the free health services offered.

Cost: FREE
Services Offered: Hearing and vision screenings, school physicals, vaccines, and backpacks with school supplies.
Requirements: Children must be of school age and registered for the event to participate.

We are now accepting registrations for sponsors and vendors interested in supporting our annual Back-to-School Health Fair. We serve over 500 students each year, not including their families. This is the perfect opportunity to get in front of hundreds of diverse families in our community.
